Leicester City owners Vichai and Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha will give every home fan a free beer as they toast Premier League survival at their season finale against QPR on Sunday.

The Foxes host already relegated Rangers at the King Power Stadium and home supporters - who were treated to a round when the club sealed promotion last year - will be handed a beer token on arrival at the ground this weekend.

Club chiefs said they have organised the free drink as a gesture of appreciation to the club's 'loyal' supporters, who have helped the side to survival despite a run of just two wins in 24 Premier League matches between September and March.

“We want to say thank you to our fans for their incredible support this season,” Vice Chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha told Leicester's official website.

“Even during the most difficult times of the season, when everyone thought we had no chance, our loyal fans continued to believe and continued to get behind the team.

“Our players have been continually inspired by their support, which has been a key factor in the team securing another season of Premier League football.”
