Manchester United target Anthony Martial possesses a set of skills that few strikers in the modern game have, according to France manager Didier Deschamps.
The 19-year-old Monaco striker is on the verge of becoming the most expensive teenager in history and is expected to complete a £36m move to Old Trafford on transfer deadline day.
The Red Devils' pursuit of the youngster has raised eyebrows given his relatively low key reputation among Premier League fans but he was recently included in France's senior squad for the first time and Deschamps is adamant that the forward has a wealth of potential.
"He's got a good combination of pace and power. He's a young player obviously, but he's got an interesting profile in an area where it's not easy to find players with both strength and speed.
"He's got good potential and I want to see how he does with the squad," he said.

Martial scored nine goals in Ligue 1 last season and has been given permission to leave France's training camp in order to finalise his move to United and could face a wait before he can win a first senior cap for his country as a result.
The Frenchman's proposed move will also make him the third most expensive player in United's history behind Angel Di Maria and Juan Mata.
Louis van Gaal sanctioned the sale of Javier Hernandez to Bayer Leverkusen on Monday and Martial is in line to become United's third striker alongside James Wilson and captain Wayne Rooney.
