Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is good enough to play for any team on the planet, according to Wales manager Chris Coleman.
Ramsey joined Arsenal as a youngster in 2008 and, despite suffering a horrific leg break, has established himself as an integral member of Arsene Wenger's side.
The 25-year-old has also thrived at international level, forming a key part of the Welsh side that reached the semi-finals of Euro 2016.
Gareth Bale often writes the headlines for Coleman's side, who face Serbia in World Cup qualifier tomorrow night, but the 46-year-old is adamant Ramsey would be at home in any team.
"Because I've seen him up close, in a tournament, I've seen the level he's at, he could play for anybody," Coleman insisted.
"There's not a team on the planet he couldn't play for when he's at his best.
"That's not a biased opinion because I'm a Welshman and we all love Rambo - I'm looking at it clinically.
"Playing in a tournament against the top teams, he was head and shoulders above. He could play for anyone," he added.
Ramsey is yet to feature for Wales in their 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign, having only recently recovered from a hamstring problem.
Ramsey has been a big miss and Coleman is delighted to have welcomed the Gunners midfielder back into the fold.
"We were without him for the first three games and it was a blow for us that - it would be a blow for anyone.
"It was disappointing and frustrating. You have to say, without Aaron Ramsey, take him out of any team and it's a loss. So it's nice to have him back," Coleman insisted.
