Chelsea stars David Luiz and Willian have revealed which opponents players' shirt swap they treasure the most.

The defender immediately opted for Paolo Maldini, via a favour from Rui Costa, while fellow Brazilian Willian holds his Kaka shirt from AC Milan most dear.

"Paolo Maldini," the defender told on Chelsea TV's 'Friday Night Live'.

"I remember I asked Rui Costa to ask him [on my behalf] because I was playing in Benfica and he knows him. I was shy.

"He gave me his and I gave him mine and he said 'no, no, keep yours!'.

Willian added: "Kaka when I was at Shakhtar playing against Milan."

Both Luiz and Willian have been key to Chelsea’s march to the top of the Premier League table.

The defender’s return to Stamford Bridge raised eyebrows in the summer but quickly established himself in Antonio Cone's three-man defence.

Willian, meanwhile, struggled with the death of his mother earlier in the season has still contributed five goals with just 12 league starts under his belt.
