Kenny Jackett wants improvement

Ian Gibb11 April 2012

Millwall lost second place and the automatic promotion spot back to Leeds last night — but in the end were grateful for even a point from their trip to Yeovil.

It was 94 minutes before Jonathan Obika, on loan from Tottenham, headed the equaliser after Dean Bowditch, a one-time Spurs starlet, had put the hosts ahead with their first attempt on 26 minutes.

Manager Kenny Jackett said: "On the ball we can do a lot better. We were defensively sound and coped with whatever they could throw at us.

"Going forward we know we can do better.

"We have to be honest with ourselves and say we can improve on that."

Millwall are now a point behind Leeds, who claimed their third win a row, beating Carlisle 3-1.
