Sebastien Bassong has reportedly passed a medical ahead of a move to Spurs

Spurs have agreed to pay Newcastle £8million for French defender Sebastien Bassong, according to reports.
Bassong has passed a medical at White Hart Lane and is close to completing the transfer, said Sky Sports News.
The 23-year-old defender was one of the few Newcastle players to stand out as they were relegated last season.
