Neil Sullivan celebrated his 43rd birthday on Sunday but will consider offers to continue playing at the end of the season.

The AFC Wimbledon goalkeeper is on loan from Doncaster, where his contact expires this summer.

Sullivan (above) said: “I can still recover from games no problem and I still enjoy it, which is the main thing. While there is someone giving you a game, you have to keep going. I feel great.”

The former Scotland international says a decision on his future may depend on Wimbledon’s League Two survival this season. Neal Ardley’s side are two points above the relegation zone and host bottom side Plymouth tonight.

Sullivan said: “I am speaking to Neal regularly but our main focus is getting through this season. I am just concentrating on helping Wimbledon and we will see what happens after that. If it is playing or a job coaching, I’ll look into it.”
