Tottenham's players are convinced they are capable of ending Chelsea's winning run, according to Harry Kane.
Antonio Conte's side have secured 13 consecutive Premier League victories ahead of Wednesday's trip to White Hart Lane and will be installed as favourites.
Spurs suffered a 2-1 defeat when they faced the Blues earlier in the season but Jan Vertonghen believes Mauricio Pochettino has a plan to halt Conte's winning momentum.
And Kane is adamant belief in Tottenham's camp is strong even though he expects critics to dismiss his side's title chances if they fail to emerge victorious against their London rivals.
"We know we can beat them. We just have to go out there and play well enough," Kane told the club's official website.
"That's what people are going to say but we're focused on each game as it comes. We'll keep fighting until the very last game whether we win, lose or draw.
"We'll give it 110% and hopefully we can come away with the win," he insisted.
Spurs go into the game in good form, have scored eight goals in back-to-back away games and Kane is relishing an opportunity to test himself against the west Londoners' stoic defence.
"Yeah - I think so," Kane said when asked if facing Chelsea will represent Tottenham's biggest test of the season to date.
"There's a lot of tough games in the Premier League but we know how much this means to everyone.
"We've got to be focused and make sure we put in a good performance.
"We're not getting carried away [after victories against Southampton and Watford]. There's plenty more games to play, we're in good shape and we just need to keep it going," Kane added.
