Pranksters from a UK radio station posted signs in a branch of Ikea in Gateshead that declare: "Football Etskömmånhjöme"

The mock signs- which mimic real price Ikea labels, were placed around Ikea's Gateshead superstore by Capital North East radio station.

The signs were placed across the entire branch. Sofas, cookware, desks and linen all got the "Etskömmånhjöme" treatment.

The signs read Football Etskömmånhjöme, and then the price of £19.66 - a reference to the last time England won the world cup.

Ikea loved the gag. They posted under the video, which has been viewed tens of thousands of times: "Hmmm we've spent the last 24 hours speaking to every Swede we know and we still can't translate this...? There must be some mistake"

Football fans were also tickled.

One posted: "HAHAHAHHAHAHA XD Etskömmånhjöme! I'm dying!"

Another wrote: "That's very good."
