Golden girl Paula on winning trail again

World marathon record holder Paula Radcliffe made a winning return in the Nike 10k road race in Richmond Park yesterday.

Radcliffe, absent through injury and illness since winning the London Marathon in April, crossed the finishing line in 30min 50sec.

The golden girl of British athletics showed she has recovered from the shin injury and bronchitis which stopped her competing in the recent world championships.
