The British Horseracing Board could be in trouble for an advertisement it ran in the

Racing Post.

The Advertising Standards Authority confirmed that it will investigate a complaint from Satellite Information Services, which provides TV racing coverage for bookmakers.

SIS claim the BHB advert, which appeared eight days ago under the title 'Bookmakers. 10 facts about British racing's charges,' made allegations which were "misleading to readers and unfairly attacked SIS."
