Jurgen keeps Germany waiting

14 April 2012

Jurgen Klinsmann says structural changes have to be in place before he accepts the job of coaching the Germany team.

As Standard Sport reported yesterday, the former national captain is expected to take over from Rudi Voeller, who resigned after Euro 2004.

Klinsmann, who may bring in Oliver Bierhoff as his assistant, added: "There has to be a structural change. There has to be a manager for the team, like there is in a club. We have to reconsider the whole environment."
