League find Hull KR guilty over derby clash on pitch

Hull Kingston Rovers have been found guilty over crowd trouble at Craven Park after a Rugby Football League investigation.

Fans of Hull KR and Hull FC clashed on the pitch following the latter's 30-20 Super League win on July 8.

As a result, the Robins have been fined £7,500 and ordered to pay the costs of the case, £5,000 of the fine has been suspended for a year. Hull FC were found not guilty.

The BBC have secured the rights to show rugby league's Challenge Cup live in 2009, 2010 and 2011 in a deal covering TV and the internet.
