Lewington: We're back on track

13 April 2012

Ray Lewington feels his Watford side have finally recovered from the away day blues after last night's 1-1 draw at Preston.

Watford gained their first win on their travels - 1-0 at Nottingham Forest on Saturday - and the Hornets manager was happy with the follow-up at Preston. He said: "To the neutral it wasn't a classic but they showed tonight that they can roll their sleeves up if they need to."

Paul Robinson's 31st-minute opener for Watford was cancelled out by Richard Cresswell's header in the 72nd minute.
