Treviso-born wing out to help Italy continue uptick in form

Harlequins’ Louis Lynagh will make his Italy debut in tomorrow’s Six Nations clash with Scotland in Rome.

The former England Under-20s wing was called up to the senior squad under Eddie Jones, but never capped.

Son of Australia great Michael Lynagh, the 23-year-old's mother is Italian and he was born in Treviso before being schooled and raised in London.

The talented wing will join Benetton this summer in a bid to kickstart his career after several frustrating injuries, but Italy are delighted to add his finishing prowess to their ranks.

The Azzurri pulled off a remarkable 13-13 draw in France in round three but were still left to bemoan a victory chance not seized, but appear to be developing under new boss Gonzalo Quesada.

Saracens flanker Andy Christie starts for Scotland, with Bath’s Cameron Redpath in from the off at centre.

George Horne starts at scrum-half with former London Irish half-back Ben White rested.
