Scotland striker Miller set to make 1.9m switch to Rangers

Scotland striker Kenny Miller will follow Rob Earnshaw out of relegated Derby after agreeing a three-year deal to join Rangers for £1.9million.

But Kris Commons has joined the club from rivals Nottingham Forest, the first player to make the move since Gary Charles 15 years ago.
