Sky confirm World Cup deal

Sky Sports has signed deals to televise live next year's World Cup in South Africa from 8 February to 23 March and the ICC Champions Trophy in Sri Lanka from 12-30 September this year.

Meanwhile, Hampshire have lodged an appeal against the English Board's decision to deduct eight points for the state of their pitch at the Rose Bowl during last week's County Championship defeat by Lancashire.
