Sprinters Mickey Bushell and Hazel Simpson and Britain's wheelchair basketball team won medals in Beijing to take Great Britain to within one of a Paralympic century.

Wheelchair racer Bushell, who has a rare congenital impairment which means the lower part of his spinal cord is missing, won silver in the men's T53 100 metres in 14.86 seconds.

Simpson won her second medal of the Games with bronze in the women's T36 100m and the wheelchair basketball team then took bronze.

Britain defeated the United States 85-77 at the National Indoor Stadium.
