Tindall back for England

13 April 2012

Bath star Mike Tindall is on course to play a part in England's 2004 RBS 6 Nations campaign after making a full return to training.

The World Cup winner would have started England's Grand Slam defence at outside centre but his involvement in the tournament was cut short after suffering an ankle injury during the Zurich Premiership clash with Saracens in December.

It was initially feared he was ruled out of the entire Six Nations but the damage was not as serious as first thought, and he has made a complete recovery which should allow him to feature in Bath's Powergen Cup tie against Leeds on Saturday.
