Watford chase £1m Parkin

Watford are tracking Swindon striker Sam Parkin.

The 24-year-old, who scored 24 goals this season, is coveted by a number of Championship clubs.

League One side Swindon reportedly turned down a bid from newly promoted Hull last week and are believed to want £1million for the Roehampton-born forward.

Watford will need striking reinforcements if they are unable to hold on to Heidar Helguson, who has attracted interest from West Ham and Charlton.
