West Ham test at emotional ground

Alan Pardew expects an emotional afternoon when West Ham meet Nottingham Forest at the City Ground on Sunday.

Forest will stage the club's official tribute to their former European Cup-winning manager Brian Clough, who died on Monday, with a parade of trophies and former players before the game.

"I went to their Carling Cup tie with Rotherham on Wednesday and that turned out to be a spontaneous show of emotion for Brian," said manager Pardew. "Their team are bound to get a lift from a big crowd."

New Hammers signings Carl Fletcher, Calum Davenport and Chris Powell, who all missed the Carling Cup win against Notts County, are included in the squad.
